could be but if you listened to the brr from a few weeks back kos estimated a couple weeks for scoping study.
now knowing what that entails, its a outline of a bigger project scope, so i cant see why its taking so long, its not a study just what to study.
far be it for me to support this mob, but a trade wise it looked okay before the market when kaputt last week.
