backfire mate, you have shown yourself to be a numpty with very sub par understanding of health systems and how they actually function in the real world.
my wife is a plastic surgeon, if they are on call, can get called in the middle of the night, operate for 3 hours go home have 3 hours sleep expected to be back at work next morning at 8 to start shift....
