Well, its a major de-risking event. It drastically improves the chances of favorable project financing. Looking at what happened with Lynas in the rare earth space and the similar position they were in, i believe COB will have a 1 billion dollar market cap within 12 months. The off take agreement will propel the SP into that direction.
