Their values are there for everyone to read (and they are brilliant and require an offer much greater than $5) and the directors are both in Australia and independent.
This means should they attempt to play silly buggers we start a class action and given a few live in Australia that is easy pickings… They will have to tread carefully if they do anything as you suggest…
