An off-take does not give them the ability to fund the plant.
Buyers pay for product.. It takes money before that to build a plant and produce the product. Off-takes provide security to potential lenders that the company will have the ability to pay back loans.
By BB suggesting SKI would fund money for the plant, which was incorrect was a criminal act. Mislead SH big time and BB should be prosecuted for that!
