Three weeks ago IOOF was $6.45, based on rumours of a takeover bid from ANZ. Today the stock trades at $5.10, and with further worries about the global economy we could see further weakness. I have seen various valuations ranging from $5.45 to $7.05. Funds Management Businesses will be sort after by the 4 majors and IOOF surely will go at some point, thats why i would be happy to buy this stock in the coming months.
