The website went down at least a week or so ago.
In regards to the announcement, I think the board forgot how to write "destruction of" instead writing "contribution to". Not their first mistake.
Oh well, I gambled and lost with retaining half of my shareholding in the company. I'm sorry to those that followed my research and optimism around the prospects for this company, hopefully your next investment(s) pay off so you can recoup your money.
