oh and forgot to mention, they are seemingly on the the aquisition trail, having recently aquired 100pc of Summit Quinphos from Sumitomo - SQ are a fert retailer in NZ.
ballance aren't that small fry either - group revenues exceeded $800m NZD last fiscal year.
i guess i am going to place my bet that the ann is regarding ballance.
