downramping

Why the downramping . Alot of traders have tipped this stock to sink to the mid-high 3's tomorrow.

With one positve announcement just passed and the possibility of a trading halt or announcement from 3M right around the corner why is there so much downramping ? Apart from the obvious fact that people may be trying to buy back in mid 3's.

Personally I don't think investors would opt for a short term profit at the risk of having a trading halt called.

With potentially 2 players in the mix now and the possibility of others coming in , I certainly do not want to be the one caught out when a trading halt gets called and these things hit double digits ...
