I have watched DBF for some time. Some observations, 84,000 shares traded in the previous 4 weeks, 11,000 brought back by DBF at a 30% discount to NTA. No dividends and little scope of dividends with the high management fee structure based on NTA. If Ed Peter was fair dinkum he would aligned his fees with shareholder wealth. No way for shareholders to exit at a fair price. The shareholders are trapped into high fee structures for little prospect for shareholders capital. Giving ag investment a bad name.
