I have always said that this would not perform like a lithium stock. It’s just not the thing in the forefront of people’s minds or the media, including financial reporting.
The reaction to such awesome project economics is bizarre to my mind. I get the capex looks imposing for such a small MC company and the timeframes probably don’t suit some investors. But go and look at the billions BHP is pouring into Jansen.
Maybe some people see better returns elsewhere, especially the short term. To each their own. An NPV of $1.279b USD is for one of five projects. I may have a tin foil hat, but I am still buying.
This will have its day, even if it is a T/O. A lowball 10% of NPV offer (NPV only for one of five projects) is three times the MC of where we are now.
Full disclosure; I don’t have a completely tinfoil hat; I own lithium, gold, gas, rare earths, biotech, helium and graphite stocks too!
cheers
