I note Laundry's work seems to support the idea of an early March low that many others see.
Although his theory does not forecast lows as such, his longer term T says a high in early May.
A smaller T he is going to use starts early Jan and if it matches the bigger T then it too will end early May.
That puts its centre post or low midway at early March.
