At this stage of the game and with so much expectation around delivery on this project, I don't believe the AGM should be a rubber stamp. It all seems too scripted for my liking. They may be "technically" allowed to run an AGM like this but in this day and age with technology the way it is (and based on past AGMs) where's the transparency?

I'll put any amount of money on the table, they will make sure, that they get voted back in first, you cant survive doing nothing on nothing. All the questions that need answers wont be accepted, only the ones they choose to answer. Perhaps they should just do everyone a favour and discuss a winding up of the Company.
