Downgraded my mobile plan recently and had to submit a bunch of personal information and submit to a credit check. For a product downgrade! lol
The T&C's state the company will share your info with third parties and you have to contact the third parties if you don't want to be included in marketing. Privacy indeed.
It's the sad direction the world is going in.
