Yeh, the defamation case about the sexual assault. If that case didn't happen I would suggest he would be in a worse position than what he is now, what we won from that case was that fact that the ABC had to amend their article suggesting that they did not intend to suggest he committed the offense. You never know if you will 100% win or lose a case, an out of court settlement was the way to go in my opinion.
And as I said, I think his legal expertise and answers in question time were pretty flawless, so I have no reason to believe his advice in this case would be incorrect.
