This already is a done deal. There will be no increased offer and I am sure the NEA directors will end up with plum new jobs with generous share/option plans. They will also be most likely in the position to cash out on their existing NEA options. Seen it all before. Existing shareholders get screwed at a time when NEA is looking the goods.
