As part of its ongoing analysis of global climate trends, NOAA also reported on global surface temperature anomalies in the period January-July 2022.

here's what they had to say by way of text and graphic below.

    NOAA:

"The January–July global surface temperature was 0.86°C (1.55°F) above average — the sixth-highest January–July temperature in the 143-year record.

"The five warmest January–July periods on record have occurred since 2015.

"According to NCEI's statistical analysis, the year 2022 is very likely to rank among the ten warmest years on record but only has a 10.5% chance to rank among the five warmest years on record."

NOAA is data-rich and data driven.

the following two images compare surface temperature anomalies January-July this year with the same period 10 years ago.

looks to me like there is a lot more red in the most recent graphic, which is to be expected given that we know trend surface temperatures are rising.

of course deniers of manmade global warming don't like to view images derived from these data driven trends. fortunately, what these drongos do and don't like is of zero impact on what the data shows.

if you want evidence of manmade global warming, look at meteorological science rather than denier pseudoscience..
