    Haha, at this point it aint even dangling anymore. PRL is straight up fleecing, they got nothing from TE thats why they keep delaying.
    I just dont get how they expect 30% of $20b investment. When all they can bring to the table are intangibles.
    TE is not going to give them $3-6b. When they can just buy PRL at $1 a share and own the company for $1b, with $2-6b to spare.
