Yeah sure Lappy, there was nothing illegal going on before 1996. Never had any crime happening in some of the more militant trade unions. You would have been in your sheltered world of the public service. What do you think was happening in Melbourne back in the day? Crime has evolved and is a bit more in the public spotlight but it’s always been there.
