I might be wrong and frequently am, but I think a few are simply taking some profits after super low prices in the last week. As for the announcment, I agree it is good news. I'm guessing the market wants a little more before it commits. As per the Quaterly Report there is clearly more news to come: Additonal Coal Resource Estimates; Two Phase Drilling and Coal Testing Program to commence
There is no doubt in my mind about what will happen long term, it is just going to be a matter of time.
