Would love a share buyback, but doubt it happens unless APAC agree to participate so that their ownership doesn't go over 20%.
Highly doubt any cap raise will be required for Rentails though, even if MLX share of CAPEX increased to $300m, that would likely be over 2-3 years of project execution. You would expect between a third and a half to be project finance to maximise return on equity and given current cash balance and likely cash flow post area 5 investment should easily be able to fund it without additional capital.
