Must be hard for Management to put together documents to convince us of their measely board approved offer hence why its taking so long. They will probably announce it after hours like cowards. Pretty sure if it was a offer over 30 cents they wouldn't take this long. I am prepared to eat humble pie if we get above 30 cents but I can bet it won't be. Management to busy trying to find out whats in it for them in the new entity going forward. This corporate behaviour stinks.
