Hi Robot not I dont thing its the wall you circled, the image I posted shows a wall half way along Pond 1 so if you look at your circle come back along the dark blue half of pond 1 till you see the two little islets, then thats where the new wall is reaching out to join with the seas side wall which doglegs in. The dogleg in is the one that has been halted for a while so still alot of that pond one to build hence my surprise at that wall unless a levee.
