The good news was the news that the repatriation of funds was approved. We now either get the money or we get a response why we haven't got the money. While it has taken some time a decision either way is forthcoming because the Angolans likely won't just ignore the process forever and alternatively if it drags on and on LOM will have to explain the delay. So we will know in due course. Result is likely positive due to the approval of the funds repatriation but I'll lock that in when the funds hit the bank.

The other good news is that the dividend payment received by the Angolans probably greased some palms and likely ongoing dividends will grease them further which will keep them happy. It is dodgy as hell that the dividend gets received pretty quick but the debt repayment which the Angolans get no benefit from takes ages.

If Lulo Rose goes for a fortune as speculated then that's more dividends for the Angolans which they'll like so more money sent our way also.
