That suggests that you already know that corporate cultures, in general - suck. the things like atrocities in alcohol, tobacco, insurance, banking, chemical manufacturing etc industries are indicative of a cancerous business culture we now add NDIS to the cancer culture of organised crime. It doesn't mean that NDIS isn't good, just as atrocities in banking mean that the banking industry as a concept is bad - or most other industries it merely means that there's something terribly wrong with people who run them and societies who allow it to happen at the rate of things happening - I await for your awakening that things are actually worse than they used to be, that the rot is deep. Yes, there are a few shining lights - like Royal commissions, findings against companies like Pacific Gas and Electric Company but, the fact is that authorities are just not keeping up - because they just haven't got the resources to keep up - capitalism and individualism is winning - society is sliding

Read into my statement however you like. I simply meant working for let’s say Coles , you are one of thousands of employees and short of getting promoted you will be paid and treated like everyone else. In a small family business there is more scope to be valued and treated like an individual. Just my experience that’s all.
