don't you at least find it interesting that the society can provide this for flood victims - because apparently - it's no fault of their own and they are homeless
society can do the above in weeks -
but, for this below -- homeless because of no fault of their own either - we have NO ANSWERS
why is this not a clear societal, national and government FAIL - of very large proportions
