    with risk of being outcast today's movement had the feel of a CR pump.. constant reloads keeping it above 20 and then the volume right at the end on the sell to keep it there. looks like a raise price was set.

    wouldn't matter too much if it meant fast tracking the drilling.

    will know in the morning I guess.
