No one else here understands US politics, either. That's why they think this is a good investment. November 8 is Election Day. Control of both houses of Congress will be decided. The Democrats have a fairly good chance of keeping the Senate, or even picking up seats. The Republicans were favored to take over the House of Representatives, until the Supreme Court reversed precedent on abortion. One of the key House districts is in northern Arizona, where most of the Native American voters reside. If Biden's BLM does anything to antagonize them, they will not vote for the Democratic candidate. It's probably a good sign for AZL that a total "No" has not already been issued. BLM knows that will provoke an AZL lawsuit, so they may be planning on a partial Yes, after the election, and hope the restrictions are enough to satisfy the Hualapai. (Unlikely.)
