If any rational outcome for investors is dependent on dealing with corruption in the DRC it could be longer than 12 months. An irrational outcome is likely to happen in a much shorter timeframe as irrational outcomes in regimes where corruption is likely to be a major issue can be achieved with brown paper bags. Some current ICAC enquiries demonstrate even in Australia we are not insulated from that approach but for Australian Companies there are potentially serious consequences of going down that route. Given the potential of the deposit even a lot of extremely large paper bags may only be a drop in the ocean or perhaps a drop in the South China Sea.
Just my thoughts and I sympathise with the holders as the "Position*" tab does not currently seem functional if they do want to vary their holdings in any direction.
