A Joint Venture or deep trouble. With luck the JV will be able to run the place better and just might work. It still a big IF atm.
Steven is right 50% of 200,000 ounces is better than zero.
Still production not till end 2012 and full production another 12 months. Going on cto record add another 10 years or so but with a decent JV maybe down to five years.
AND thats only if they can get anywhere near that forecast.
They sure have good words !! NOW A SUPER MINE.
As for dealing with chinese businesses dont think they will just hand any money over. They are not stupid and will play hard ball to get the best deal. If its not worth the risk they will just walk away.
But still big risk as nothing signed and more information needed. Looks like this is the only option they have.
