ARR board are always impressing me so I have no doubt this will be for a good cause and I believe it's someone buying a big chunk imo. but I could be wrong, last time we had a raise fidelity international came on board (excuse wrong spelling if so lol) which was a huge boost of confidence.
We may see the same thing again, excited to find out
