After having again read Love's letter dated 4th August, I tend to agree with him.

In having an E.G.M. now would leave it open for shareholders to make rushed & not sufficiently informed decisions on who should be on the board.
By having an opportunity at the A.G.M. to vote for your preferred board, gives time for other potential board members to be nominated. This is an important decision so we should not be stampeded into making a rushed decision.

I would prefer candidates, other than those previously mentioned, who have airline maintenance experience to be added to the list of nominees.

We need a board balanced in experience in different areas e.g. finance, airline maintenance, corporate governance, sales etc.

The company should have board representation in Canada, U.S.A. & Australia.
