The definition of trough numnuts was referring to is 'pigs feeding from a trough', not the low point definition. You're way off the mark there.
Re: the board appointees, I have no idea what their connections to the company are, but I think Ken Kluksdahl is a great appointment and possible future chairman.
I also think that having diverse people on a board, expecially women, is a good thing, so I have no problems with the appointment of Abby Smith.
Having said that, I can't see why they need five people on the board at the moment. I would have though three was enough for the time being.
