There's a factored "resource" (I use lower case for this one) and some pipe-dreams about a twin decline (ventilation and access nightmare), conveyor belts (expensive logistical nightmare) and no mill. If this mob put together a plausible Mineral Resource estimate (complete with geostatistical justification) and a scheduled mine plan, cash flow model and design that plausibly exploits the shallower mineralisation, then they might be able to raise some capital. Oh, and current ownership/management needs to go, preferably first.
