It needs 12 months cashflow from annual report to be considered "going concern"... the recent CR to original and existing shareholders was only for 1.3m... which AFAIK "just" gets them to 12 months - but I doubt the ASX will be satisfied

There was also the fact that trading halt was for CR & news pending sale in closing stages... we have had the CR - but I am really struggling to see how a potential customer would not do their own DD and see how poorly 9SP is currently positioned - and see how that could possibly impact the service/support of a product on a 12month/multi year deal.
