Firstly its announced they are buying it for 77 mill. Did someone then spin a roulette wheel and say it landed on 45, so lets now make that 45 mill?
If we put a blindfold on and play pin the tail on the donkey, maybe we might hit the donkey that has 5 mill noted on its butt!!!!!!! Hey presto, an even better renegotiated deal.
Hopefully shareholders who attend the shareholder meeting will say enough is enough and demand some answers.
