Donald Trump is an ex-President., and as such has that privilege just like Obama, Clinton, and Bush. And let's not mention Hillary and her accusation that Trump was associated with the Russians and the laptop is all Russian disinformation. That alone should have her in front of a court answering why the lies.

They all have confidential documents, but to go and take them by force using the DOJ because you're in power isn't a fair or an equal application of the law, if there is an issue then all ex-president's households should be raided and confidential documents taken back by force in case they are involved in terrorism. See how stupid it is just to do it to Trump. the point is the law has to be prosecuted equally. And it is clear it has not been.

And you see the reason for the raid is not forthcoming, and no democrat ex-presidents are not being raided.

The law has to be seen by the people to be done equally and not discriminatively.

And man it's so obvious in this situation that your bias will follow suit with what has happened even though in time will be proved to be against the confidential privilege laws of ex-presidents.

A lot of words, but none address the question I asked.

Irrelevant if you think Trump is being treated unfairly, trump had documents in he possession that he failed to return despite multiple requests and subpoena. If Trump had of returned the documents, there would have been no need for the FBI to serve a search warrant and take them.

Anyway, the question I asked was, did Trump return Classified documents if June 2022 like his lawyer said in a signed statement?
