VOTE NO. AWAIT "BEST & FINAL" DECLARATION, page-291

So now we have Pfkn Pfizer issuing what they claim to be a "best and final" declaration - which isn't a best and final declaration at all because its conditional - and the BOD playing right along, playing right into Pfkn Pfizer's hands, by agreeing to a poison pill bridging loan.....and all along that peanut @pilko3 was calling for decorum. FFS!!!

The only reason Pfkn Pfizer have issued their so-called best and final declaration is because I have been calling for one and the campaign was able to garner close to 200 votes. Over the next two weeks, beginning tonight, I shall be reaching out to litigation funders to see whether we will have a cause of action in a class action if this proposal is ultimately voted yes.

Shareholders may prefer to defer changing their vote until I get some indication of where we stand legally. If you change your vote to YES, having previously voted NO, then you could be precluding yourself from being a party in future litigation. You may also wish to get your own legal advice in the meantime.
