Second Loyalty Option Issue
Apollo Minerals Limited (Apollo or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has
today lodged a prospectus to offer second loyalty options to eligible optionholders.
Eligible optionholders are those holders of first loyalty options who exercised one or more
of their first loyalty options on or before 31 July 2009 in accordance with their terms of
issue and whose registered addresses are in Australia or New Zealand.
Details of the offer and investment considerations relating to the offer are set out in the
prospectus which will be sent to eligible optionholders on 11 February 2010. A copy of the
prospectus has been lodged with the ASX and is available on the ASX website and the
Apollo website (www.apollominerals.com.au).

As approved by the Companys shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 23
November 2009, the second loyalty options will be issued at an exercise price of $0.25 and
with an expiry date of 30 November 2011. Application will be made for the second loyalty
options to be granted official quotation by ASX.
Entitlement
Eligible optionholders are being offered 1 second loyalty option for every 1 first loyalty
option exercised by them on or before 31 July 2009.
The entitlement and acceptance form which will accompany the prospectus will set out
the number of second loyalty options to which an eligible optionholder is entitled. To
subscribe for its entitlement, an eligible optionholder must complete and return the
acceptance form to the Company on or before 18 February 2010. No payment is required
