If nothing else this is allowing a lot of stale investors to exit MEL at a higher price than the last placement with the buy volume available today .
Bringing in investors with a new and different mind set .
Hopefully MEL will have a higher share price due to Valli production getting close and maybe more Odin news so that the number shares issued to finalize the transaction is less.
