    oh boy just as I was settling in on my new role as the New arb guy, I figured there is one more step to consider

    what comes after the Best and final offer confirmation ?????

    is this now the best time for the competing proposal to emerge??!

    the field is open now, Pfizer wont counter bid, much easier for the superior bidder?

    oh boy, I am not sure
