Cooke hired ex Huon guy, intent from Cooke is to replace him from my reading.
I saw Mark was a steady hand, absolutely trusted operationally, best long term planning from a company i have held.
Weakness was presenting the company to others wheeling and dealing (the market couldnt see our value), but nobody is perfect.
