    I have tried to gather reasons why this is good idea. The best I can come up with is that the sp was so woeful that RGM could well be a viable lifeline. I would like someone to breakdown (not personally) the annoncements and to offer insight. I am still rummaging through, but a 25-1 arrangement seems ok under the circumstances.

    Anyone out there???
