I think the climate bill should be beneficial to battery technology providers.
IMO, looks like it has bottomed in the 2.70's for now and it has started turning around.
Once the shorts cover, it should hopefully run back to 3's.
If you think about it, EV will eventually replace all the ICE engines in most developed countries from 2030/2035's.
The demand for battery technology should be strong in the mid/long term.
It should only be a matter of time for these lithium / battery companies to shoot up.
