In my view delisting is not good, there is no compelling example of companies that have delisted getting higher valuations. Trading on Primary markets is expensive, 6.6% of trade plus $385.00 fee, now i am paying $10 and if you read the small print the process takes 30 days to complete. As mentioned above outstanding personal loans and high management fees are not resolved. This smacks oif lazy management just wanting to side step reality.
