i get the impression that, despite traders causing ridiculous fuctuations in the s.p, at some stage very soon we are going to get a popping that rerates bml closer to where it should be. It will come out of the blue and then traders will no doubt chase it up and pull it back some.. but hopefully that will be in the 20s. Then a a positive announcement will be nice!
