another very wordy response Parsi but you get paid for what you do. In my company, sales is very well paid. There are 35 salesmen......yes I said men. Not one woman. It is a really really hard job and I don't have the guts for it. A person's salary is a direct reflection on the level of service they provide the organisation or community. Men get paid more because they are in positions that require more schitt. Oh yeah - not much from you about the working more hours?....crickets chirp somewhere...... You just love calling blokes like me sexist but the inverse is true. Men and women are different and should do different things. When given the choice, they will. Tall men do better than short men? Yes. Agree. They are more confident and confidence is ONE predictor of performance. Smarter women are lower on the food chain? Your research not mine....what does that tell you? Dumb women should rule the corporate world eh? Sounds like a great idea.......NOT WOW.........you really walked into that. This is great research. I will be quoting it for years. Also the two smartest people in my department are both entry level women who for them have family first so once again I see your research, when correctly applied, helps us understand that women and men should be free to choose their career outcomes and when they do ambitious a-holes, who are mostly men, move up the foodchain.
