K - the company needs to do a root cause analysis on why PL3 failed and how the etch messes with the array. That could take a month or two.
If the "process improvements" as identified by Stanford need to be incorporated into the arrays - that may require a non-platform lot to confirm the process before the company dives into PL4.
End of the year seems extremely optimistic. If it was only going to take that long, they would have kept KH on and not deferred the expenses.
