Fully agree. I can disclose that I am a shareholder as well with pretty good connections to institutional investors. The view on this is unanimous: delisting is not good for shareholders of any kind and done based on the wrong reasons. As macmaas correctly states, delisting would not solve any problems, just make everything more intransparent for investors. Personally I believe this company can only be saved if management is replaced by an experienced turnaround team. Everything else like share price, attractiveness as an employer, investor trust etc. will follow. It’s tough but you have to do the right things when they are obvious. That’s why I voted no
