I tend to think the PEPR finalization will be a bigger deal now given there has been some frustration over timing. So wouldn’t be surprised to see buyers enticed back in once this is announced. Plenty of investors who wish to de-risk their investments likely sitting on sidelines until then IMO.
After that I agree BAM & DFS revisions are really exciting as they will really help us understand a medium to longer term valuation.
